Day 3: Friday
Private Driver Mario drove us to Manuel Antonio, the rainforest park. Saw a sloth, bright blue butterflies, and monkies to name a few wildlifes. Hiked a 30 min off-trail that lead to a waterfall. Saw a bunch of monkeys on the way back out. Had lunch at a beutiful restaurant with an amazing view of the ocean. Kick ass pina coladas served in carved out pineapples. Next was the Three Pools, which consists of 3 waterfalls that you can jump into. Jumping off the waterfall cliff is I think the craziest thing I've done. A total adrenaline rush. We had to take a 20 min hike through a cow pasture and scale the waterfall cliffs to get up there.
Rest up. Back to The Backyard for another Ladies' Night. Met Switzerland residing Paul and Carrina who works at a ski resort. They were a total riot. Moved the party to Nacho Daddy's. Met and danced with what felt like practically the entire crowd. Kept seeing the same damn working prostitues and transies everywhere we went. Got my dance on with hot Carribean boy who I swear had the biggest woody. Headed home with the Playa Hermosa dudes after peeling Christie away from dirty sketchy Argentinian guys. |
