Day 4: Saturday
Got taken back to our hotel to change out of party clothes and into beach bumming clothes. Reapply bug repellant (every chance we get). We get some major shopping done at Guacamole Mix, a cute boutique. We bump into Stephan and join him for lunch. We head to the beach to lay out and get some sun. Nobody's going to believe we were in Costa Rica w/out a tan! For dinner we went to Monica's for really delicious authentic Italian food. Monica was such a cute woman. We meet tico Dennis who invites us out to salsa and merengue at night. So we go to Club Ole, which is filled with all ticos, and have a sweaty good time salsa dancing. At this point I'm trying real hard to get drunk but the tolerance after 4 straight days of drinking just shoots way up. Nonetheless we have a grand ol' time. |
